Yes! We get up early every morning to get to Melbourne's markets in order to pick out the best produce for you. We know all of our suppliers personally and have forged strong relationships with them over the years.
Yes! All your previous orders are automatically saved in your order history. Just click on your account in the top right hand corner of the site, your order history should display on the left hand side underneath your account details.
Making a recurring order is very easy. Here’s how:
When you place your order, scroll to the bottom of the checkout screen and under the 'make this cart recurring?' section select subscribe and specify order frequency.
You can manage your recurring orders through your account if you wish to add or remove items from your box.

We’re sad to see you leave, but we understand that things can change. To cancel your subscription sim[ply login to your account and go to your subscriptions settings then select cancel.

Yes! just let us know what you are allergic to and we will swap it out for something else in season. Alternatively, if you wish to keep the item that you are allergic to separate from the other items in your box, please make a note of it when you submit your order and we’ll let our packing teams know.
Absolutely! The Wholesome Shop section of our site allows you to pick out the items for your own box.
We have two delivery zones. The delivery fee for Zone 1 is $5 and for Zone 2 it is $9.

Delivery is free for all orders over $100.
At the moment, we don’t allow for pick-ups at our warehouse.

While we endeavour to deliver our boxes with all of the produce listed on the site, there may be times where certain items are unavailable. When produce is out of unavailable we’ll swap it out with an equally tasty piece of fruit or veg.
If you need your order delivered at a certain time, please leave a note at checkout and we will endeavour to deliver your box at the specified time. Please note that set delivery times are not guaranteed.
When your order is delivered, we will send you an order fulfillment email. This email contains a link that you can use to download your PDF invoice.
Our office fruit box delivery system lets you choose the perfect amount of fruit for your office based on the size of your team. We have different fruit box sizes based on the number of employees you have and each allocated 4 pieces of fruit per person. No more fighting over the bananas!

Wholesome Kitchen has a number of sustainability practices currently in place relating to our packaging. All of our produce is delivered in recyclable boxes and we have a box re-use program (all you have to do is leave your box out for collection on the day of your next delivery) to minimise waste. Our new, low plastic option also minimises the amount of plastic in your order wherever possible.
We also source all produce from Australia (Victoria if possible) which reduces the environmental impact of transportation.
We do not deliver on public holidays. If your delivery is scheduled for a public holiday, we will get in touch with you in advance to rearrange your delivery day.
