Yes! We get up early every morning to get to the markets first in order to pick out the best produce first. We know all of our suppliers personally and forged very strong relationships with them over the years.
Yes! All your previous orders are automatically saved in your order history. Just click on your account at the top right hand corner of the site, your order history should display on the left hand side underneath your account details.
Making a recurring order is very easy. Here’s how:
When you place your order, you have the option to make it a one off purchase or to make it a repeat order. Select the repeat order box, and choose how often you want it delivered.
You can manage your recurring orders through your account if you wish to add remove items from your order.

We’re sad to see you leave, but we get that things can change. Here’s how: Login to your account and go to your subscriptions settings to cancel your subscription.

Absolutely! Just leave us a note with the items that you would prefer were not included and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If you wish to keep the item that you are allergic to separate from the other items in your box, please make a note of it when you submit your order and we’ll let our packaging teams know.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow for substitutions for items in our Wholesome Boxes at the moment.
Absolutely! The Wholesome Shop section of our site allows you to pick out the items for your own box.
We have two delivery zones. The delivery fee for Zone 1 is $5 and for Zone 2 it is $9.

Delivery is free for all orders over $100.
At the moment, we don’t allow for pick-ups at our warehouse.
